Please assist in find birth and death records

I cannot find records of my uncle Donovan Bruce Earnshaw. His son is registered here as Wayne Earnshaw, and details added, but I cannot find a single record that he existed.

is there any other way, other than standing at the queue in home affairs. I do not even have an ID number and his former family are not interested in divulging information to me?

Hi all, yes he was born on this planet😊 apologies for being so vague and thank you for the assistance so far, the information on My Heritage was entered by a cousin and very incomplete as she could not find information either . We are not finding any information on his birthdate, but he was born In Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, and was approximately 30+ years old when he died in December 1984, which I established yesterday. which means that he was born round about 1954.

Donovan has a son who passed on Wayne Earnshaw  K2Y2-CCW - and cannot source the person who entered this information.
