Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
Provided, that you are "Logged In" to 'FamilySearch', with your 'FamilySearch' credentials ...
And, I am referencing the ORIGINAL "Computer" Web version, of 'FamilySearch' ...
[ NOT, the "Mobile" Application version, of 'FamilySearch' ... ]
IF, you have not already tried; THEN, ...
An "Oldie"; but, often, STILL, a "Goodie' ...
Try "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; and, "Cache", of your "Browser" (and, even, the "Browsing History".
It often work; but, not always; as, there may be some other problem/issue.
And, make sure, that the "Browser", that you use, is one of the ones, that is compatible, with 'FamilySearch'.
Plus, make sure, that the versions of BOTH, your "Browser"; and, your "Operating System", are up-to-date.
[ie. The LATEST version; or, al least, the PREVIOUS version ... ]
Now ...
That Said ...
Here are some "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':
First and foremost ...
Pages won't open on FamilySearch

How do I keep pop-up blockers from causing issues?
I got a message that the site does not support this browser
