Because we have a Family History Center category for this type of question, I will move this post to that category where those who are trained to provide answers to your question can easily find and respond to your post.
When you wish to provide a post in the Community, please go to the FamilySearch Help link at the top of the Community and then select the best category that relates to your specific concern. This will ensure that you get the answers that are the most correct and the most helpful.
Thank you for your efforts to work in the Community. In addition to posting in the Community, please keep in mind that many of your questions can be answered by going directly to the Help Center. Click the Help icon at the top of the FamilySearch page, then click Help Center. On the Help Center page you will see icons that represent the various programs and features for FamilySearch. Click the Family History Center icon and you will find some links to frequently asked questions as well as a search field where you can post your concern to find an appropriate knowledge article. [You may need to click View All on the Help Center page to see the Family History Center icon].

@JanTropp I am not connected with FamilySearch.
I have seen comments in FS Community that the group Family History Center Technical Support (North America) — FamilySearch Community has links to helpful articles.

Jan Maureen is correct, If you go to the link she provided, look in upper right corner for a possible sign in, Then look for a join button. If you don't see one that is ok.
You will see a link to the Tech Talk Guys zoom meeting scheduled for January 6th at 7pm, Eastern Time, 7pm Pacific time and 7 pm Hawaiian time zone. I would highly recommend you try to attend this meeting if possible. You can attend the meeting for the time zone that fits your schedule. There is always a wealth of information shared which can help to stay up to date on information for you center.
If you then click on Article and Tools spreadsheet, In the Excell page scroll down to line 222 and the power point for the December Tech Talk zoom meeting, you will find pages 3-5 very helpful.
I hope this information was helpful for you and look forward to seeing you on January 6th
