certified documents

depends what you mean by that
If you mean Certified Birth/Death Certificates. NO
Those would need to come from the certifying agency (such as a state or Natonal Vital Stat Dept)
Please clarifying what you are referring to.
FamilySearch has no authority to be certifying documents.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing; and, to confirm the advice from 'Dennis' ...
Sorry ...
Short Answer: 'No'
Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Can I get a certified copy of a record?
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-get-a-certified-copy-of-a-record
Where it (simply) states:
Quote
------------------
FamilySearch does not offer a service to get certified copies of records. For these services, contact the original place where the documents came from. This is typically a Department of Health.
-----------------
I know, that this does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you, with some additional, insight; and, perspective.

This is a site that can be helpful if the certified record you are seeking is a birth/death certificate in the US
