Need instructions on how to remove an "orphaned" record following a merge

I did a merge on Olive Hazel May LZKK-2JZ. Following the merge, there appears two records of her father, Elezar May, both with number L8RR-415. I don't know how to make the second one go away.

Thank you for any assistance or ideas.

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Pictorially

    (1) Select that "Pencil" Icon

    (2) Select that "Remove or Replace" Link

    (3) "Tick"/"Check", that "I have reviewed the relationships, sources, and notes for these individuals"

    .... Select "Remove Parents"

    (4) Add (ie. Record a "Reason") in "Reason For My Change"

    .... Select "Remove"

    Done.

    I hope, this helps/assists.
