Setting up accounts for youth

The instructions for parents to set up FH accounts for their children say to log into the parent accounts. Which way do they do they log in, through familysearch.org or through churchofjesuschrist.org?

For those Users/Patrons, who are Member of the Church ...

Short Answer: It CAN be done through the 'Church' Website ( ie. churchofjesuschrist.org )

Where, one then goes to, "Children Accounts", under one's "Profile"

[ ie. https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/childrenAccounts ]

But ...

That Said ...

It can also be done through 'FamilySearch' ...

For those who are not members of the 'Church' ...

There is ALSO a way, to grant permission, for a Child, through 'FamilySearch'; which, can be found, in the aforementioned "Knowledge Article".
