Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Question: WHAT do you mean by "... recover my account ..."?
Did you "Delete" your 'FamilySearch' Account?
OR ...
You just DO NOT know, your, "User Name"; and/or, 'Password".
The strange thing is, that you are Participating, in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum ...
So ...
That Said ...
You must have "Created" a NEW 'FamilySearch' Account ...
Or, is this ANOTHER 'FamilySearch' Account, of another User/Patron ...
As an aside ...
IF, it is a problem/issue with your "User Name"; and/or, 'Password"; THEN, depending on where you live, you could try contacting 'FamilySearch' "Support" [via/through, Telephone; and/or, "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat], for your "Region" (or, even, the "Global Help Desk" of the Church, for your "Region"), for help/assistance.
Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
For contacting 'FamilySearch' "Support", depending on you "Region" ...

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

You have both a public account [which you have recently been using], and a Member account [which you have not used for several years]. To get into the Member account, you need to recover the username and reset the password for that account.
Since the recovery email for that account is different than the one that you have been using for the public account, you may not be able to use that option to get into the Member FamilySearch account. You have not verified a cell phone as a recovery option for that account, so the only other way you have of accessing that account is to contact your local Church leaders to get your Church Record Number.
If you do not wish to do that, you will need to call the support number for the Philippines since login issues of this nature can only be handled through a phone call. Certain security answers will be needed to help you. This helps to protect your privacy.
The phone number in the Philippines is 1800-1110-2247 as you can see on the FamilySearch Contact Support page.
Even though you are no longer active, your local Church leaders should be able to assist you if you reach out to them. We hope this information is helpful.
