Should this be NED?

I was not able to open the record using the link provided, it said I was not authorized to open.
I copied the information from the "Project Instructions"
- If a record does not include a name for the primary person, you should still index the record, marking the primary name fields blank and indexing other names, such as names of the parents, along with any other fields that are present on the record.
- Records in this project may be damaged or difficult to read. If you download a batch that you are uncomfortable indexing, simply return it for someone else to index, and download a new project. Do not mark such images as "No, No Extractable Data."
- If a surname was recorded for the child but not for the parents, index the surname of the child for both of the parents. This is an exception to the General Indexing Guidelines and should not be applied to other projects.
- Images may show multiple records. You may need to add or delete entries in the data entry area to index all of the records on a document or remove any unused entries.
From the Project Information I would say that even though this is a chruch membership record that has baptism date, I would go ahead and index the names as instucted in the 3rd bullet point. If you feel uncomfortable indexing it, just return the record so someone else can index it.
Thank you for the indexing the you are doing.

I was waiting to see if someone could open the batch since I could not.
I would say you index it and use the birth/baptism record because the only thing you aren't indexing in this project is the confirmations per the pop-up. A confirmation is different from a baptism.
