My grandmother has two read-only accounts. Can you help me merge them?

I'd like to merge my grandmother's two accounts. One or more of them appear to be "read-only".

The account I have been seeing is LJQ9-SFL. I'd like to have that merged into the LNKB-D9L account.

How do I accomplish that?

    @Andrew Alan Croshaw

    We can see that Spencer Croxall Cannon, the father of your grandmother is a Read Only record. Because changes cannot be made to Read Only records without the help of a Specialty Department, we will forward your question for review. This specialty team may contact you should they need further information or to update you on the status of your grandmother's record.

    Best Wishes
