How can I upload an excel spreadsheet to family search as a memory or in the collaborate area?

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
As far as I was aware, as an "Excel Spreadsheet", you CANNOT.
Suggestion: Convert, the "Excel Spreadsheet", into a PDF Document; and, then, upload into "Memories".
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in, 'FamilySearch':

Where it states, among other things:

You can upload photos or documents to FamilySearch Memories, either as a single item or as a group of multiple items. You can import photos from your computer or camera, and even from your accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Photos.
The formats and the file size limits are below:
- For documents, .pdf file formats up to 15MB. Other document formats such as .doc and .docx files will need to be converted to .pdf before they can be uploaded.
- For Photos, .jpg, .png, .tif, and .bmp file formats up to 15MB.
