One suggestion, keep checking from time to time as sometimes the restrictions are lifted and are available again. My personal experience: it took about 8 years for some records to be posted "again" in Familysearch.

Notice that these records are Items 3-4 of film 4406730.
Items 1-2 of the same film (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/699102?availability=Family%20History%20Library) contains baptisms from 1921. As a general rule, births/baptisms must be at least 100 years old before they can be published. Privacy laws have tightened in recent years (especially the GDPR- the EU privacy law, which came into effect in 2018). At the moment, there is no way to split up the film into the 4 separate Items, therefore the existence of 1921 baptisms means the entire film cannot be published.
This means that on 1 January 2022, it will be legal for FS to publish the film. However they will then need to have the permission of the record owners, which may have been revoked. The owners of ALL 4 Items must give permission. And then, FS needs to actually publish the films, and unfortunately at the moment the Catalog is undergoing maintenance and no new records are being published or modified. It may be later in 2022 that the maintenance is finished.
Have you tried looking for these records on another website, or asking the record owners what options there are for viewing them?

To be specific, as far as I am aware, the records on film 4406730 mentioned in the original post would NOT be included in the collection "Slovakia Church and Synagogue Books, 1592-1935" linked in the post above. However this collection perhaps could have other relevant records.
