How do I download the windows 10 image needed to reimage a computer

In trying to get a computer back to a workable state, I deleted the Patron account to try to get back to the original state. I now understand that I cannot add a Patron account back, but need to reimage the computer. Where (or how) do I get the image to install on the USB stick and how do I reimage the computer? I think I did it once to install Windows 10 manually, but don't remember how to do it.
