Where can I go to find instructions on how the official email account works?
I replied to a patron's email thinking I was just replying to his initial inquiry, but it included the email I forwarded on to a FHC colleague for their assistance with it, and their response to me, as well as my subsequent reply to the Patron's initial inquiry.

Sending a private message. Look for the red dot by your envelop icon in the top right of your screen.

Family History Center email works similar to personal email. When you reply and send it will also send everything attached to the original email. Below is link for the article in the Help Center that discusses email.
