Why scans do not upload for an unrestricted DGS

When the "Image Unavailable" box drops down over the images you expect to see, it means that they are not currently available online. This usually happens when the permissions to view images in a collection have changed but all films within the collection are not yet up to date. Our engineers are aware of this issue, and when the system is in sync this message will disappear. Please check back from time to time to see if the images become available.
In addition, please keep in mind that the catalog is currently locked because of updates as described in the following knowledge article. This means that what we may currently see in the catalog might not be the most current information about a specific film or collection. When the updates are completed, this article will be changed with instructions if you need to report errors in the catalog.
While this information may seem discouraging, we appreciate your patience as you continue to try to access records that will help you with your Family History research. In some instances, you may be able to contact record owners to view records through them directly.

I get the same message.
@N Tychonievich Can you comment as to the reason, or escalate to the relevant FS Department.
