FamilySearch does not sell DNA tests.

Are you looking for a mitochondrial DNA test? The mitochondria is passed down from mother to child. Men can take this test. There's no female-only test that I'm aware of.

Mitochondrial DNA is useful only in very specific and particular situations. If you would like to buy one, the only company that sells them is Familytreedna.com

    @OOOwise1

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    As an aside ...

Just so that you are aware ...

As stated, in the following "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

Please note that FamilySearch does not endorse or recommend any commercial DNA applications for genetic genealogy. Nor does our Family Tree provide specific features to post or link DNA groups based on DNA matches.

Using DNA in family history research

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/using-dna-in-family-history-research

    But ...

    That Said ...

'FamilySearch' does provide to helpful resources.

Here are some things in 'FamilySearch' ...

    [ 1 ] 'FamilySearch' "DNA Testing"

Which DNA test options are available?

The following DNA companies include "cousin matches" to help you explore your ancestry and create family connections.

    https://www.familysearch.org/dna-testing/test-options

    https://www.familysearch.org/dna-testing/test-options

    And ...

    [ 2 ] 'FamilySearch' "Lessons"

Here is a one of a Series of 'Lessons" in 'FamilySearch'

    [ Dated, about 2018; hence, a few Years ago now ... ]

    Series:

DNA: An Introduction to Genetic Genealogy

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/lessons/dna-an-introduction-to-genetic-genealogy-introduction

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/lessons/dna-an-introduction-to-genetic-genealogy-introduction

    Lesson:

    Testing Companies

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/lessons/dna-an-introduction-to-genetic-genealogy-testing-companies

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/lessons/dna-an-introduction-to-genetic-genealogy-testing-companies

Here is a link to the "Lesson Content", a PDF Document for that particular Lesson:

DNA: An Introduction to Genetic Genealogy

Which includes, a list of BOTH, "Companies ", providing "Testing"; and, "Third Party" Tools/Applications.

    .

I just thought, that these, may help/assist, giving you some possibilities to look into, to start with.
