Add "Friends" To Family Search
When tagging people in photos and other media, I believe an option to add a friend would be a good feature. Just like family members they are connected to the FamilySearch person. I have wanted to tag my friends in photos that I upload but there isn't an option. You should be able to sort by friends and see friends that people may have had.

Welcome to this "Community,FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Question(s): Are these "Friends" ALREADY in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
Are these "Friends", LIVING; or, DECEASED; or, both?
[ Are these "Friends" actually "Living" Users/Patrons, of 'FamilySearch'? ]
There are matters of "Privacy", when it comes to, "Living" People ...
It is NOT as EASY as MOST of us think ...
Things can be MUCH More involved than most of us realise ...
As an aside ...
Just so that you are aware ...
Here are some "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':
How do I tag memories of my ancestors or relatives in Family Tree?
In Memories, how do I create person tags for people with the same name?
Can I add memories about my living relatives to Family Tree?
Where it states:

Family Tree allows you to add memories about living relatives.
Protect privacy of living people by making memories private
Please do not submit photographs of living except your own minor children, without their consent. Please see our Submission Agreement for more information.
If you submit photographs of living people, we recommend that you make them private.
If you do not make the memory private, it can be shared through linking, social media, and email. Your memory is also potentially findable using Google. The memory can be found through a topic tag search and can be findable in more ways in the future. Make your memory private to prevent intrusion from happening.
What do you do if you find a memory of a living person?
If you find a memory about yourself or another living person that should not be on FamilySearch, you can request that it be removed. You have two ways to do this:
- Click the contributor's name, and send him or her a message that requests the removal.
- Open the memory, and click Report Abuse. Fill in the needed information, and click Submit.
