Alfred Heath GHF8 -NM9
I am trying to add my grandfather's siblings to the tree and have came across someone else has added the all details the same except the mother name is different I have birth and death registration details but no certificates. I have tried to message the person but that didn't go through I don't want to create them as new but don't want to add with the wrong mothers name. Dianna

I just took a 'look' at Alfred HEATH ( GHF8-NM9 ).
He DOES NOT appear to be the SON of, that SECOND Set of Parents, Father, Alfred HEATH ( GSX8-YZ8 ) and, Mother, Amy A. G. FRANCIS ( LYM3-5TM ); as, he was Born BEFORE they were.
I have NOT checked; but, just perhaps, Alfred HEATH ( GSX8-YZ8 ), actually may be, the Son, of Alfred HEATH ( GHF8-NM9 ) - just a thought.

IF, the Parents of Alfred HEATH ( GHF8-NM9 ), are actually, Father, Thomas HEATH ( GHFD-FND ); and, Mother, Bridget RYAN ( GHFD-KCZ ); THEN, I just did a quick search in, "The Registry of Birth; Deaths; and, Marriages", for the State of "New South Wales", in Australia, for the Children, of a 'Thomas' and 'Bridget', with the 'Family Name'/'Surname' of "HEATH"; and, came up with this ...

IF, the Parents of Alfred HEATH ( GHF8-NM9 ), are NOT actually, Father, Thomas HEATH ( GHFD-FND ); and, Mother, Bridget RYAN ( GHFD-KCZ ); THEN, please advise.

That Said ...
IF, you used, "User Messaging", of 'FamilySearch', to attempt tp contact ANOTHER User/Patron; THEN, such most likely has gone through; but, that said, they may not respond (or, take a WHILE to respond) - it happens.
Whereas ...
IF, you used, "E-mail", to attempt tp contact ANOTHER User/Patron; THEN, that may or may not have gone through, depending if the "E-mail" Address is still valid (and, can be delivered); but, that said, again, even if the "Email" got through; again, they may not respond (or, take a WHILE to respond) - it happens.
As such ...
IF, you DO NOT 'hear' back from the OTHER User/Patron; THEN, just go with what you know to be CORRECT, with the supporting EVIDENCE, that you have at hand.
Just my thoughts.

Hello @DiannaBlake. Who is Alfred Heath in this story? Right now, he has two sets of parents. One set is possible, the other is not because they were born later than he was.

Hello Brett, Thank you for the answer You have found what I have their was two other children of parents Thomas and Bridget Heath William Heath 1868 birth registration has name as Heathe 9125/1868 but his death has Heath 954/1951 also Emily 26374/ 1879 had her mother name as Lizzie and her death 20614/1969 they had father name wrong and mother as Bridget. Alfred Heath and Amy A G Francis are my grand parents and they had 7 children one of their children was Alfred born 1915 Birth registration 24353/1915 the problem is he has been added as father and his mother as wife which I cannot delete to correct as I did not add that detail and the same with Thomas and Bridget I am unable to add the children as they are added with the wrong mother so that part of my tree is messed up. I am still not sure how to add any sources. There is two other people doing the tree. Dianna

That is an oft, common, mistake, that Users/Patrons make, that creates a problem/issue.
And, you DO NOT need "Delete" such, all you need to do is "Edit" (ie. "Correct"), the "Parent-Child" Relationship.

I can walk you through the WHOLE "Process"; but, I will let you give it a go, with the help/assistance of those "Knowledge Articles".
Basically ...
As, there is NO "Couple" Relationship, between, Alfred HEATH ( GSX8-YZ8 ); and, Amy A. G. FRANCIS ( LYM3-5TM ), that is good.
It is that FIRST "Knowledge Article", of How do I correct parent-child relationships in Family Tree?, that will help/assist.
It is quite simple ...
"Remove" the Children, both:
▬ Alfred HEATH ( GHF8-NM9 ); and,
▬ John Joseph HEATH ( GSX8-LT7 )
from the, INCORRECT, Set of Parents, Alfred HEATH ( GSX8-YZ8 ); and, Amy A. G. FRANCIS ( LYM3-5TM ).
That "Couple" Relationship between , Alfred HEATH ( GSX8-YZ8 ); and, Amy A. G. FRANCIS ( LYM3-5TM ), should just DISAPPEAR, after that.
That should address/fix your problem.
