Can you delete all your indexed work on accident?

I am a FHC- I have a member who calls me every couple of months with the same problem.

He will work hard and enter maybe 50 entries off an image. He will have needed to added extra lines for his work. When he completes the project after correcting any issues that the quality check finds, get a message no errors found and goes to submit, he says the submit button does not work. Then if he leaves the project and comes back to it most of his work is lost. There will still be a few entries left that have not been deleted. Of course when I go to help there is nothing I can see because the work is already gone. My question is: Is there something he might be doing to erase some of his work?

Anyone else having similar issue? This time the project is marriages. M9L6-WFG

Any suggestions please.

I agree with everything that Genthusiast presented. But, in a nutshell, chances are pretty good this is a user error. This would be very unusual activity for the program and people working on the Missouri project would be reporting it! I know there are at least 5 users in my small indexing group that are working on this project. So, I'll ask them if they are having the same problem and report back IF they have experienced this.

He is probably leaving the program open and indexing on the cached form so his stuff isn't being saved and when he tries to submit, he isn't connected to the server. After he is done indexing for his allotted time, tell him to exit the batch with the 1st icon on the left. Then go back to his work by pulling the batch up in My Batches.

Also, your indexer does not need to enter <blank> in all those fields that don't have an asterisk. They are not required and he simply needs to tab over them.

You might have the indexer watch this fabulous video on how to index:              Indexing Discussion (Jason Pierson Live)       The actual "indexing lesson" begins at about the 8 minute mark.

(He might try clearing his browser and temp files) https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-cookies-from-familysearch.
