Should I index last names on records with no other data?

I am working on US, Massachusetts—Boston Tax Records, 1822–1918 [Part J][M3NY-2GB]. There are entries with only the last name. There are no first names and no tax data entered. Do I index this last name? I think not because it does not seem to be a real person. The link to the batch is below.

I looked into the image and Yes, you can index these last names. Mark given name entry Ctr+B to blank the entry .

Thank you for your help reviewing these records.

As Mirevo said we index it. The answer is in the Project Instructions, What to Remember in this Project. We index all unique names unless they are in the owners column.
