Project [M3JF-PZF]
UK, England, Diocese of Blackburn—Church of England Parish Registers, 1813–2021 [Part C]
Project has so far only shown Banns of Marriage, which is marriage announcements not actual marriage. Should the info still be indexed or should we select "No" under "Should this image be indexed"? Its possible after all that the marriage was called off for some reason, plus the data entry fields are not really set up for this document.

The field instructions for marriage date state:
type the 1- or 2-digit number for the day.
Do not include zeros written at the beginning of a number. For example, "03" would be typed as 3.
Index the date that the marriage actually took place. If the actual marriage date was not recorded, index the marriage date based on the following priority:
- Certificate date
- License date
- Application date
- Return date
- Latest (usually 3rd) banns date
- Date the marriage record was signed
If the day was not recorded or was written as a variation of the word "unknown," press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
From these instructions it would appear that yes you should index the page. You can rearrange the field order and hide unneeded fields to make the work easier.
