Hi all,

I was attempting to complete some volunteer work via Family Search Tree Connect and I keep running into an issue.

I open the page and search the persons name in FS to see if they already exist and if not, I create a person and copy their ID code. When I go to save it, it responds back with the error "Error: This person has been deleted from FamilySearch". Which is impossible because I confirm that the profile is active before I attempt to add the ID and especially in the case where I'm creating the person's ID- like in this scenario. I've attached images of what happens.

Has anyone else come across this? I've tried in both Chrome and Edge with this same issue. Thank you so much!

@defaulterer I am not sure how you are using BillionGraves as source for individuals in Family Tree. As I have looked at BillionGrave website I do see occasionally a link to FamilySearch but it only leads me to the individual's page, it did not link BillionGraves as a source. The method that I use to source records in Family Tree is RecordSeek which is a source creator for FamilySearch and Ancestry. It does work very well.
