    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

That "Birth" Place for you Father, has been "Standardised" INCORRECTLY ...

[ ie. The User/Patron, who recently made a "Change", to that record, simply "Standardised" it incorrectly ]

    Thus ...

You should be able to address/fix that, by applying the correct "Standard".

Just, log into "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; and, access your Father's record; and, select that "Birth" record, to "Standardise" the 'Place'.

    eg.

Please be aware, that the "Change" is NOT immediate ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

Within a few Weeks, "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', will eventually "Synchronise", with the "Discovery Pages" (ancestors.familysearch.org); and, the "Birth" on the "Discovery Page" should appear correctly.

I hope that this may help/assist, somewhat.

[ SECOND attempt, FIRST attempt DISAPPEARED ... ]

We hope this helps. Best Wishes!

This is really strange. The Discovery Page says:

"When Ferrel Hopkin Riley was born on 5 May 1922, in Otto, Fremont, Wyoming Territory, United States, his father, Michael Clarence Riley, was 34 and his mother, Mary Ethel Hopkin, was 28."

In 1922 Wyoming was definitely NOT a territory and Otto was in Big Horn County, not Fremont County. There is not one source attached to my father's page that gives this misinformation. Where did Family Search come up with it????

Cannot come up with a way to fix the problem!

Thank you so much! That makes sense! I'll see if I can fix it, now.
