Translating German into English
Hi,
I believe this might be a record for my 4th great grandfather Wilhelm Friedrich Jahnke. I've been trying to figure out what this all says through various online references and its not coming together. I was wondering if someone here might be able to translate it into English or be able to link to me some kind of references that would help.
Thank you.
Hopefully I got enough info in the screen shot.
