Mark All Read doesn't function

I started a posted question and the discussion has been great. However, all the replies are still showing as unread in my notification 'bell'. I click on Mark All Read, but they don't. Is there something else I need to do?

    Its 'Brett', again ...

    I am not sure why, such is occurring, for you ...

    I just tried such; and, it worked fine (and, I had almost x60 "Notifications" [But, not just for your post ... ])

    It took a Second or two; but, the 'Red' Circle, with the 'Number', vanished.

    Just as an aside ...

    Try this ... simply "Refresh" that page/screen ... that you are currently on ... that should "Reset", the thing.

    Give that a go.

    IF, that does not work; THEN, come back to this post of yours; and, advise.

    I hope that this helps/assists, somewhat.
