REMOVE UNWANTED "AUTOMATIC" INFORMATION ON SEARCH PAGE

Some months ago, on the Search Historcal Records page, I searched for a specific person, name and surname and country.

Since then, during hundreds or searches, no matter who I intend searching for, that name and surname and that country automatically is displayed in a window beneath the "search" window. I cannot remove that information. It is as if, perhaps during some update, the information simply stayed on my particular member's page.

Those kinds of drop-downs on input fields are actually a browser function, not something provided by FamilySearch. In Firefox, they're part of what they call your "History" (Tools - Settings - Privacy & Security - History), and you should be able to get rid of your pesky Nolan by clicking "Clear History..." and checking the box for "Form & Search History". (I'm sure you can do the same thing in other browsers, but I never use them, so I can't give instructions.)
