The Places Database and Entering Place Names in Family Tree

A couple of months ago I put together a presentation for a group of Norwegians regarding place names in Family Tree. I first made it in English then translated it. Although its main focus is Norway, after the time used to create it, I thought I would go ahead and post the English version here is case it is helpful for anyone.
