There is an address with the corporation name for a guarantor on index of deed record, do I record it?

    You haven’t posted the Batch Code - [XXXX-XXX] at the end of the batch name - so I can’t look at it to be sure. But I’ve seen Grantee names like “The 403 2nd Street Company (or Corporation)” - perhaps incorporating a building (maybe the equivalent of a Condo). What I just described would be indexed as an Organization or Company. Would you please post your Batch Code for the most accurate answer?
