Batch and Image

A batch can have multiple images, for example a batch could say Image 1 of 5. Or, it could say Image 1 of 1 and only have 1 image in the batch. The projects also have a preset number of entry forms (like 1 of 20). After you have indexed all the information on your image, and all the images in your batch then you have to delete the unused entry forms to get the batch to submit. To delete unused entries click on the Trash Can icon, then click "all blank entries", then delete.
It sounds like your batch has 5 images and each image has 4 pre-set records. So you either need to click on the next image in the thumbnails, or click the right arrow at the top of the entry form to get to the next image. Then once you have indexed all the information from each image, you can delete the unused entries. You can also delete the unnecessary entries at the onset and then you would have the option to choose either Create Entry or Next Image at the bottom of the entry form.
If you are new to indexing, I highly recommend viewing the video: Indexing Discussion (Jason Pierson Live)
The indexing lesson begins at about the 8 minute mark.

It would probably be good if you shared your batch so we can give you the proper answer. You share your batch by posting the batch code with your question. The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of your batch title.
Just copy the code and paste it in a comment below and some one will check your batch and give you a good answer.

Thank you!
Also, I have indexed so many but nothing has been reviewed. What do I do to make sure someone sees what I indexed so she or he can review? Thank you, again.

@Seira Saili Good question. We don't see the results of what a reviewer does. The way this works is you index a batch and submit it. Then someone else will pick it up as a review batch. They will look over what you did and either accept the work or make corrections as they see fit. If a reviewer changes more than 20% of your work, then their work goes on to be reviewed by another reviewer. This can happen up to three times before the batch is sent to FamilySearch for a final review.
Once you have created 1000 entries, you will gain access to the Review Button too and be able to start reviewing!
Just read the project instructions, look at the examples, read the field helps and do your best! If you really want to have someone take a look at your work, once you have finished a batch you can share the batch code here and someone will kindly advise if you have any changes to make. Or if you would like, you may private message a person with the batch code too. To send a private message you click on the person names and it takes you to their home page where there is a message button. I'm always happy to help new indexers with English projects.

Thank you so much. I indexed mostly projects from Samoa, so I will keep going till I get to that number. You're a lot of help.
