For my first time, I tried to index some documents but they haven't been reviewed yet.

How can I ask to review them so I can go on with the project?

Tks

    Hi,

The way this is set up, one person indexes and then another person reviews. You don't actually get to see the batch after you submit it.

If you would like someone to check your work to see if you are doing OK, you need to post the batch code here so we can open it and see how it is going. The batch code is the group of letters at the end of your batch title. Just copy that and post it here with your request and someone will be able to help.

    Hope this helps.

Hi @Giorgia dell'Arciprete . Further on Larry's comment. The "My Indexing Totals" section (see image below) of your "My Batches" screen shows how many records you have Indexed and how many you have Reviewed - not now many of your batches have been Reviewed (by others). We never know that number, but eventually, they all get reviewed. Once you have Indexed 1000 or more records, you are eligible to be a Reviewer. At that point (>=1000 records), when you go to check out a batch, you will see an option (button) to choose a batch needing review and the usual one to choose a batch to index.

As Larry has pointed out, if you want to feel more comfortable about how well you are indexing on a new Project, before submitting it, share your batch code [XXXX-XXX]. Someone will be happy to look it over and give you feedback. Once you submit it, we won't be able to see it.
