Are these birthdays?

I am indexing baptisms (for a church in England, if that helps) and, to the left of each box in the "When Baptized" column, there is a date that is a few months before each baptism date. There is no column for birthdays. Are these birthdays and should I index them as such?

Or you can also use the Image Reference function to see previous or consequent images that may indicate the name of this columns in other images.
