****'d 1873 page? is that the date that should be entered in the year? or should it be marked "blank"?

    I would not use the year from the Assessed Year column to fill in the Year field. Notice on the example, the assessed year is 1874, but, 1875 is recorded from the title of the document. From that information in the assessed column on the images, we simply can't know how often properties were assessed. For instance, in my state assessments are conducted every six years, but, they may update valuation every three years.
