Unamed Child

I have inadvertently created a third child in my family, no details of name, sex etc has been entered as the person does not exist. How do I remove this person from my tree?

Hello Maureen, No details have been entered for this 'unwanted' person so does not show up in 'persons'

I assume if I enter a false name and d of b, then try what you have suggested.

@StewartCrowe1, that screenshot shows a family with two (living) children total. The "Add Child" square is just an overgrown button for adding another child.

If you check in all your families in landscape and portrait you will see there is a box for add child. So you can add children to you family tree in landscape.

For future use:

In the event you do create a spurious PID and you cannot delete it because another contributor has changed it, you can always merge it into some other PID. That effectively deletes it.
