How do I review information that has been entered by the indexer but is not there on the image?

In reviewing Enlisted and officer muster lists I am given a single page to review. The page appears to be a continuation since the line number starts with the number 41 listing an individual and continues on until number 92. The indexer entered the same date (Mon, day, year) for each individual which the reviewer cannot find on the single image given to review and which contains some 50+names. The date might well have been on the previous image(s), but the reviewer does not have access to those other image(s) to verify the date.

Options: 1. Assume the indexer had access to the first page of the list which has the date and therefore do not blank out the date information.

2. Blank out the date for each and leave it to others above the process to correct.

Hi Paul. As a Reviewer of this project you should be able to look at the Reference iImages just as well as an Indexer would. Click on the last (4th) vertical icon (looks like an open book). This should reveal the 5 images (-5, -4, -3, -2, -1) prior to the batch image, hopefully including the first page of that muster. There You should see that date in question. If you can’t find the date there, then you need to blank it. Since that will mean a greater than 20% correction (3 out of 7 fields changed) the batch will go to a second Reviewer.

Only a potential helper looking at a Shared Batch cannot look at Reference Images. That’s why I didn’t even ask you to share your batch, That big flaw in the system needs to be fixed ASAP. It’s an obvious handicap for anyone trying to help.

On second thought, please do share the batch code in case there is an issue on the batch page. It is the numbers and letters found at the end of the batch name and looks like [XXXX-XXX]. So XXXX-XXX would be the Batch Code.
