Your question will be forwarded to the Family Tree team for review and assistance. You may be contacted by that team if they need more information.

I will send you a private message to gather more information on your question about not seeing information in the person tab. It may be just some maintenance things that you need to do on your computer.
Watch for a red dot near the envelop icon in the top right of FamilySearch.
Thank you!

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
Depending on whether you are referring to the either:
(1) the ORIGINAL (and, long running) Computer "Web" version, of "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'; or,
(2) the "Mobile" Application version, of "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'
And, I will address the ORIGINAL Computer "Web" version, of "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch' ...
Questions:
(1) What, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", are you using?
(2) Are BOTH, the "Browser"; and, the "Operating System", the LATEST (or, the PREVIOUS) "Versions" of such?
.... [ ie. Are they "Up-to-Date"? ... ]
The reason, that I ask, is that "FamilySearch', really works BEST with these fully supported browsers:
- Apple Safari—the current version and one previous
- Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
- Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
- Mozilla Firefox—the current version and one previous

Furthermore ...
As an aside ...
An 'Oldie'; but, still a 'Goodie' ...
In relation to the "Browser" that you are using ...
Try, "Clearing", the "Cache" and, "Cookies" (and, possibly, even the "Browsing History").
That sometimes (more often that not) actually works; but, certainly not always.
