Download individual church book record

When I get to the digital film I want and the image that I am after, I press the download button. It's in jpg format, it says it's downloaded but it's no where to be found on my smart phone. Any suggestions?

I downloaded the FS app and now I can find and see the info.

I'm afraid the destination of a downloaded image depends entirely on factors outside of FS's control or knowledge, namely your phone's settings. What kind of phone is it, and do you use the browser or the FS app?

Hello @TerrySchira, I don't know what phone you have but on my iPhone, downloads show in the top right corner as they're being downloaded, so can be viewed by clicking there. Or found in the Files app under downloads. I hope this helps 😀
