Indexing Issue
Yes, I've seen the labs. No, I don't use it. I don't return batches for re-indexing.
For FS personnel:
Philippines, Camarines Sur, Caceres—Registros Parroquiales, 1716–1977 [Parte B] [MMZN-6DJ]
Batch has two images with 4 death records each. Indexer put 6 in each and marked everything unreadable except for a bogus page number.

I'm going to throw this out there that one of the Moderators needs to find out what is going on with this problem and report back to Jerry. The project is 86% indexed and 61% reviewed. Currently, there are 10,074 batches out for review. If there was one or more indexers who were involved in these shenanigans, they could have created 100's if not 1000's of worthless batches.
Actually, we all probably would like to know what happens in the case of a malicious, abusive, or incorrigible indexer/reviewer. These cases that Jerry has reported would provide a perfect example to explain exactly what FamilySearch personnel does when this is reported. Was this person located because of Jerry's efforts? How many batches did they index before they were stopped? Can those batches be globally removed from review and placed back in the indexing process? Does FamilySearch block the IP address of an individual who creates havoc on the indexing process?
I look forward to learning more about how the process really works - if it does.
