Moving between images

I have supposedly 10 images to index, and have found two marriages to record on the first image, however I don't seem to be able to move to another image. TAB and ENTER allow me to have sheets 3 to 10 to fill in, but no new images are appearing.

Sorry It's been a while since I did indexing and have forgotten how to do it, or maybe the method has changed, and I've missed something.

Kind regards,

Fred (FredWhite1)

    Hi Fred.

The number of empty entries (indexing forms/sheets) provided with each image in a batch is just a guess as to how many you might need, not how many you actually do need for indexing the number of records on you image. That’s up to you to decide. Evidently you just need two for those two marriages on the only inmage in your batch. So you just delete the extra entries using the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar. Select the option “all blank entries” and click “Delete.” Those extras should go away and allow you to submit.

Note that sometimes you will need to add entries beyond those provided by default to index all the records on the image(s) in your batch. The plus sign icon to the left of the trashcan allows you to do that.

You might find helpful the following guide to the horizontal toolbar:
