Library noise level

I having been visiting the Family History Library once a year since 1993. This year there has been a big change, most of it very nice. However, I am dismayed at the level of noise allowed on some floors of the library. I am especially upset that cell phone calls are allowed at the computer stations. I always step away from my station when I receive a call. The conversations I have been forced to listen to have nothing to do with genealogy. It it very distracting. I finally found a quiet place on B2. I think there should be some areas on all floors designated as a quiet zone.
