Doing the military rolls what about the rolls without names

Hello Charles. On the batch you shared, I was able to see the whole image with the names in the first column, the enlistment dates in the second column, and information in the remarks column. I wonder if maybe you have your image zoomed in so you are only seeing the part of the image. You can enlarge or reduce the size of the image with your mouse, or by clicking on the + and - signs in the vertical toolbar on the image window.
You would then want to have your entry form set to Form Entry. (Click on Data Entry, then make sure it is on Form Entry). You will see that the form has entry fields for Surname (Last Name), Given Name (First Name), Military Month, Day, Year, and Birthplace and Age. Usually the Birthplace and Age will be blank for these muster rolls. In this particular project you can work in all the different form modes (a form, a table, a column, or a row), so you can choose which is best for you!
If you are new to web-indexing, I have a favorite video that I highly recommend new indexers to view. Click on the blue link below:
Indexing Discussion (Jason Pierson Live)
It is great to watch the beginning and learn about Jason and his work at FamilySearch, but, if you only want to watch the portion on How to Index, that starts at about the 8 minute mark.
If you have more questions, just ask! Happy Indexing!

Some of the images we see are second pages for a roll and do not have names. for those you would mark the batch as No No extractable data.
But we can not be sure if that is the case unless you share your batch. Copy the batch code and post it here and someone will be able to give you a definite answer. The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of your batch title.

Thanks for all the help. The data was their, just the space for me to fill in did not have the space for the name. Listening to what you said about enlarging the sheet I clicked on the three dots. It had what I needed to get the right information blanks. I am a old man and it takes time for my brain to communicate properly. Thanks to all for your help. Yes Jason Pierson is good I needed that.
