Hello!

I have been really interested in genealogy for about 7 years now since I made my Ancestry.com account in 2014. I am studying history in college and am starting to seriously consider a career in genealogy.

I have done research to a point where I now use professional techniques and have traced multiple lines in my tree back to their immigrant ancestors and some further back than that.

The main reason why I enjoy family history is that I can connect more to historical events that I learn about in school. I understand why actions of our forefathers were important and how they led to me being here today.

My questions are:

Are there any intership/job opportunities at the Family History Library in SLC?

Do I need to be a Mormon to work there?

Who would I contact in order to get an application or an interview? Thanks!

Thank you so much!!!

-Evan
