The 4th marriage is missing from the Images. It appears it was missed.

    No, you need to insert and index the record that is missing, before you submit it.

    Go to line 3 and insert a blank, choose "Insert after current entry", then click the Add button. This will give a blank entry form to index the missing record.

    The add button is on the toolbar, it looks like a box with a + sign next to it.

    Any insertion that a reviewer makes, you do not review because you put the information. You can check your information and make sure you indexed it correct before submitting. There will not be anywhere to put check marks for what you insert.
