The area where the image is, on the bottom left corner, there should be an arrow, click the arrow. This should display the image pages, then you can click the page to see it.

You may want to include your batch title and code so that we might be able to see where you are having this issue. Just copy and paste the name of your batch and the codes after it and we will be able to help you. Some images only have 20 entries and the rest are going to be deleted. This is why we need to see what is happening so that we can give you the correct answer.

There are only 15 entries, and no arrow to go to a next image, but it says it goes up to 40. I don't know how to get to the next image. Thank you.

There no more names to index and the system has give you more entries than needed, you need to delete the unnecessary entries.

After you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.

    1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries.
    2. In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
    3. Click Delete.

The following is a knowledge article that will help you to delete or add entries as needed:

    Hope this answer your question.

Your batch has only one document with 20 names to index, the system has given you 40 entries, you need to delete the 20 unnecessary entries. As mentioned above after you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.

    1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries.(trash can on your tool bar)
    2. In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
    3. Click Delete, and submit your batch.

Thank you for Indexing these records.

Thank you so much! I have only entered the 20 so I don't think I have anything to delete. Sounds like I'm ready to submit my batch.

Thank you for all your help and guidance.

Hope you figured it out Lana! You do have to delete the unused entries using Mirevo's instructions or the batch will not submit.

So, basically, based on the project that the records are in, it will start you with a certain amount of entries that is somewhat relevant to the project type. Because of this, it will not usually give you the exact amount of entries needed, so basically, after you've filled out all of the entries that you need, find the trash can icon in the bar near the top of the screen, and then select the "delete all blank entries" option, and then hit the "delete" button. This should delete all of the entries in which you didn't fill out any information. I hope this helps!
