Is this considered a cover page, or should it be indexed?

After viewing your batch what I see that the first and third images are the marriage license and should be indexed. Pages 2 and 4 have information and can be considered cover pages and there is no real useful information there. Hope this helps. Thank you for indexing such important information for families.
