This is the first time I have done this...I have 2 marriage certificates I have entered but can't save because page 1 says there are 1 of 10 entries to do....does this make sense?

yes it does. each batch has an arbitrary number of entries assigned to fit all options. You must adjust this by adding or subtracting by using the appropriate tool. either the trash can or the + entry.

if you have more questions look at the posts at the top of this page

As Larry mentioned, you need to delete the unused entries to get your batch to submit.

Click on the Trash Can Icon (right in the middle of the toolbar). Select "all blank entries". Click Delete.

I think that entry 30 will be deleted even though it has an entry selection and blanks in the fields. If not, you will have to make sure it is on your screen and select "current entry" and delete it separately.
