I am reviewing this batch. The heading for this image is Personal Estate - Real Estate. The project instructions indicate to index tax documents only. All of the examples are for tax registers. I'm thinking this should be marked No Extractable Data but the indexer indexed the page. Are my thoughts correct?

I agree with you. These are not tax records and should be marked No Extractable Data.

I don't think the Project would have included this ledger/book if they didn't want it indexed? I don't know Personal - Real Estate tax law too well - this is a tax assessment (there are valuations on both pages).

I would say to Review it and not mark as 'No Extractable Data'.

I agree with genthusiast. The images are much the same as the How to Index a Tax Register with Column Headers example (notice the column headers are the same). It was correct for the indexer to index the names, except there are no prefixes.
