I am so sorry you are still having problems off and on with your searches at FamilySearch. Do you have a security program on your computer, such as Norton Antivirus, which might be blocking information from populating? If you have a security program, is it the same as what you use for your other Windows laptops? Did you check to be sure the problem computer has the most current or one previous version of the browsers that you use?
Technical issues are often very difficult to troubleshoot, and unfortunately, FamilySearch Support only provides basic maintenance information about working with your devices, so we hope that you will continue to try to determine why you are only having problems with your HP computers. Thank you for sharing your experience despite your frustration. Hopefully others may have suggestions that might be helpful to you if this problem continues.

If you are on the web, not mobile app, refresh the blank pages in your browser. If that does not help, do something else for an hour and try again later.
Usually a blank page is due to the page content from the FamilySearch server not reaching your browser. It is a glitch in the internet, generally.

Can you provide a specific search you did that led to many results with only blank screens? As @dontiknowyou said, this is usually a computer issue rather than a FamilySearch issue, but know what you entered into your search would be helpful. As an additional reminder, you must be signed into your FamilySearch account to search our Historical Records, and the most common browser issues are related to a large cache of temporary files in your browser that keeps your computer from completing your commands, or using an operating system or browser version that is outdated. Here are two knowledge articles from our Help Center that might be helpful to you as you try to resolve your concern.
If you need some additional assistance, please provide some additional information so that we can investigate your concern futher.

UPDATE:
My IT guy (my brother) found sdk.split.io in a host file which blocked the computer from reading that URL. We removed it from the host file and, * TA DA*, everything's well with the world...or at least with my FamilySearch!
Three days ago, everything on FS worked fine. Now I am having the same issue. But only on our HP computers. I try to use the 'Search' or 'Find' and I get a blank/white window.
I cleared my cookies/cache. I have NO ad/tracker blockers. I've tried Edge, Safari, Chrome.
I've checked all my updates (automatic updates are turned off on my laptop). Nothing there.
I finally was able to talk with a FS IT technician. He said it is something with HP. I called HP and talked with their basic tech support who assured me it is NOT HP but Windows OS, which I told her can't be correct because the FS website works fine on our other Windows 10 OS laptops (Dell, Lenovo) as well as my husband's Mac.
So, so frustrating!!
