    Which entry/number is giving trouble?

    Just my opinions:

    Entry 6 birth looks like 24 Nov 1867 ?

    Entry 7 Surname Bayless

Entry 9 Birth year is difficult 18?? [?54/59?] - so marking <BLANK> is probably best.

Entries 10+ Field Help for Day says not to include 0 with dates < 10 - so enter 7 instead of 07.

I hope this helps a little.
