Site Map bad link

Not a question but a problem report. From the Site Map the link "Write a Research Article" dumps the user in the very deep end. This topic really needs an explanatory page about what kind of article, where, for what audience.

I was thinking research article for a genealogy society magazine, but that's not it at all!

I think it would be clearer if , on the site map, it was retitled "Submit Wiki Content", which is the title on the Wiki page.

If you look at the examples given under the heading "Examples of the type of information you can submit", one is "Link to a genealogical society or library for a county". Providing a link is not, in my opinion writing a Research Article.

Yes, "Submit Wiki Content" would be better. That wiki page is aimed at beginners, not research experts, so may actually put off research experts who don't recognize that it is a wiki.
