I am indexing a batch of baptism records and there are 8 babies listed on the page. I am being asked to provide information for 10. There is not another image to view. I have tried to submit the batch without the additional information being requested, however I am not able, due to "missing information." What do I do?

    Yes, Jingles,

After you have filled out all of the entries that need to be filled out, you need to click the trash icon in the top left, and select the option for deleting all blank entries. After that option is selected, hit the delete button, and it will delete those extra entries. I hope that helps!

Then proceed to submit your batch.

In order to submit the batch, you will need to delete the blank lines.

    To Delete:

When you are in the batch, click on the Trashcan on the toolbar.

A window will open with some choices, Click on: "All Blank Entries", then click the Delete button. This will delete the blank entries.

Now you will be able to Submit the batch.
