To get the most accurate answer, Olivia, you should share your batch so others can see it and help. To "share a batch", you just need to copy and paste, or type the batch code with your question (or as a comment). The Batch Code is the series of letters and numbers in brackets after the project title. Like [MJP7-QVC]

You can also click on the third icon from the right and it will provide the batch code and a link that you can copy and paste.
